Prices and offers may change for future purchases; changes will not alter the price of an already accepted order without your agreement.

Order fulfilment is subject to product availability and successful payment, where applicable. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a significant error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfil an order, any amount paid for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Orders are usually dispatched within 8 to 12 days from order confirmation. This is the dispatch period; delivery time is additional and depends on your location and the courier service. Rudhigat follows a no-return policy, except where required by applicable law. Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect product selection are not accepted. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
